Carnelian Energy Services Ltd is committed to providing exceptional services and innovative solutions in the energy sector. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Manager to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.

Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.

Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.

Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain payroll system and records by updating employee changes and system upgrades.

Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures.

Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
